Hi! I’m Evy Chris, a vocalist based in Amsterdam and I’m looking for a dedicated pianist and/or guitarist to build a strong set together. Musically I’m thinking Pop, Soul, R&B, Funk & Disco (up-tempo songs as well as beautiful ballads). Think Alicia Keys, H.E.R., Dua Lipa, Chaka Khan, Sade etc. The idea is to give well-known songs our own twist, either acoustic or otherwise. First and foremost I’d like to rehearse and perform together. I’d also love to write and develop original music. What I’m looking for: * A good musician with a strong sense of groove, sound and dynamics * Someone who is serious and reliable and enjoys focused rehearsals and performing * A good musical and personal connection * Backing vocal experience is a plus but not a requirement I have a background as a lead vocalist and experience in both live performance and studio work. A recent studio demo is available. https://soundcloud.com/evy-chris-608551548 Sounds like something you’d be interested in? Feel free to send me a message!
